Experience across a range of sectors (insurance, local government, central government, professional services, publishing and telecommunications) with a specialism in usability, qualitative and social research.
An experienced moderator of depths, groups, workshops, web usability, observation and ethnographic interviews.
Has carried out testing/development (campaigns, web, products), brand/reputation evaluation, NPD assessment, NPS and customer satisfaction tracking, policy and strategy research as well as public consultations.
